- 一部包装成悬疑剧的反腐剧，而且幼稚而平庸。前期还有心布设迷局，后期干脆把严良晾一边——江阳作为被害人竟完全接管剧情，宣告了严良的侦破纯属摆设。如果是东野圭吾的手笔，应该会把江阳的苦心，更巧妙地通过严良的侦破，逐步呈现，并最终达成吧。
- 严良四人凭什么立一等功？是侦破了侯贵平案，还是阻止了江阳团伙的“罪行”？无论哪个，江阳都是可悲的炮灰，更可悲的是，他用自己的壮烈裹挟了身边的朋友，陪他搭进了十几年的时间、一生的事业和余生的清白。试想，当初江阳要是暂时放下，遵从准岳父的安排，考入最高检，再回头调查冤案，恐怕一切都水到渠成吧。
