- 近年内地最好的都市剧、职场剧、运动题材剧集，最好的现代爱情剧之一，总之就是全方位的完美，最重要的是编剧真的太强了，对社会人的洞察非常精准，台词写得也特别妙，在真实的基础上做了恰到好处的提升。其实总觉得这部剧很像《悠长假期》，两个不同年龄、不同职业却都遇到瓶颈和问题的人，遇上一个低谷、一个假期、一个重新起航的开始，在爱情和朋友以及自己热爱的事情陪伴下重拾信心和勇气、逐渐成为更好的自己。我私心觉得这部剧比《悠长假期》更真实更细腻也更动人。总之，因为爱情，因为运动，因为成长，还可以坚持，还可以相信，还可以期待。
