- 照屋真央，23岁，是关西综合医院手术室的一名新人护士，她在医院前辈宫田早苗的邀请下，加入了大阪道顿堀一个名为“Apple Punch”的音乐剧团。在住院部工作的同事吉田绫子，与家人共同经营工厂的本间勤等性格各异的剧团成员，如家人般接纳了真央。真央曾经想过要成为音乐剧女演员，但由于父亲去世，走上了护士的道路，此时再次接触音乐剧，她心中充满了罪恶感。但她不顾严格的伯父诚一的反对，毅然加入了“Apple Punch”剧团…...
